ICONS THE CASE FZE LLC owns 100% of the patent rights for the Icons silicone glasses case, including its granted utility model and associated patent applications. Details of our patents and supporting ownership documents are available on request.
Following legal proceedings and the purchase of the former shareholder’s remaining interest, ownership transferred from LUPS UK Ltd to ICONS THE CASE FZE LLC. ICONS THE CASE FZE LLC now owns 100% of the patent rights for the silicone glasses case; the former shareholder retains no ownership interest. Neither LUPS UK Ltd nor any person or company operating as Lups or Lups The Case holds a licence from ICONS THE CASE FZE LLC to manufacture or sell products incorporating the patented silicone glasses case design.
No person or company has been granted a licence to manufacture products incorporating this patented design. Any manufacturing permission must be expressly granted in writing by ICONS THE CASE FZE LLC. All genuine products must bear the ICONS logo debossed into the silicone. Cases without this branding are not affiliated with Icons. We encourage customers and the public to report suspected copies so we can investigate and take appropriate legal action.
Icons reserves the right to take legal action against patent, trademark or copyright infringement and seek damages where permitted by applicable law.

Any licence from ICONS THE CASE FZE LLC must be expressly granted in writing by the company, with its scope, territory and duration agreed.
Entertainment character licences are separate from Icons’ ownership of its case technology. A character approval does not grant rights to manufacture the Icons case, and an Icons agreement does not itself grant character rights. Applicable statutory rights remain unaffected.
Brand and design
ICONS THE CASE FZE LLC owns the trademark rights in the Icons name and logo in the respective territories where those rights are held. Protection is subject to the scope of those rights and applicable local law.
Protecting the original
Icons monitors suspected unauthorised manufacture and misuse across marketplaces, manufacturers and retailers. Responses may include evidence gathering, platform notices, cease and desist correspondence and legal action where justified. We reserve the right to protect our intellectual property in each respective jurisdiction.

ICONS THE CASE FZE LLC reserves the right to notify manufacturers, sellers, distributors and platforms of its intellectual property rights and pending applications, and to document suspected copying whilst a patent application is pending in the respective jurisdiction.
Where the relevant rights and applicable law permit, we reserve the right to bring court proceedings for infringement and seek injunctions, damages or compensation. Following the grant of a patent, this may include remedies in respect of activity before grant that qualifies for compensation under applicable law, from the earliest date legally recoverable in the relevant jurisdiction.
